What is a life coach?
A life coach is like an athletic coach. All professional athletes have a coach, do you? Coaches are there to support you to reach your fullest potential. Coaches provide guidance and clarity so you can get the results you have been waiting for and can’t seem to do without a step-by-step process, some hand holding, cheer leading and accountability.

What is PSYCH-K®?
It is a user-friendly way to rewrite the software of your mind and change the printout of your life! It is a simple and direct way to change self-limiting beliefs at the subconscious level of the mind, where nearly all human behavior – both constructive and destructive – originates. Your reality is created by your ‘beliefs’. These beliefs, usually subconscious, are often the result of lifelong ‘programming’ and represent a powerful influence on human behavior. Studies in neuroscience indicate that as much as 95% of our consciousness is actually subconscious.
Stress Less – Finding your passion, purpose and peace:
This is a 6 week phone coaching program design to guide you to go deep within to find your inner wisdom. Each week will focus on a different aspect of your life experiences. My goal is to inspire you to become the real you that has been waiting to be given permission to be. “What a relief to be myself” is how I want each participant to feel at the end of the process. This is when you will find peace.
Many people create resolutions for the new year but statistics show that most people fail before a week is done. Your intentions are good, you know what to do and you have seemingly fail safe plans in place and yet you have failed to complete your resolution. It isn’t that you have forgotten your goals because I am guessing that your mind is beating you up in the background of your daily thoughts. You give up. You believe there is no hope for you. I disagree. I believe it is because we have limiting beliefs in our subconscious mind that sabotage us and we need help to identify them. Once the belief is identified, we can remove the emotional component that keeps it active which then allows us to complete a lifestyle revolution. Personal Life coaching sessions with an emphasis on life transitions and decision making are usually from 45 min to 55 minute phone calls. This is a co-created process, so you get the maximum benefit.
Personal life coaching works best in a 3 month to 1 year time frame. Sessions typically include 3 – 45 minute phone coaching calls per month but can also be custom designed just for you. This option is also available at the ranch where the horses working with us.
As an Advanced PSYCH-K® Facilitator, I believe you will benefit the most if we work together between 5 and 10 times. This allows the process to go deep for the reprogramming of your subconscious mind. Most of us have old beliefs that go back to our childhood, so it often takes some time to create the new self-enhancing beliefs.

I heard an interesting statistic the other day. For those people who make New Year’s resolutions, 25% quit after the first week and 100% quit after the first month. I was shocked but not completely surprised. Many experts say it takes 21-60 days to create a new habit. Here are some common methods for creating change of the conscious mind: visualization, affirmation, will power, positive thinking, or hiring a life coach. PSYCH-K is a newer method for creating lasting behavioral changes by working with your subconscious mind.
Originated in 1988 by Rob Williams, PSYCH-K® is a non-invasive, interactive process that integrates the mind and body to allow for change in our beliefs at the subconscious level of mind. It is a unique blend of tools for change derived from contemporary neuroscience as well as ancient mind/body wisdom. For example, most people know what to do consciously to eat healthier but subconsciously can’t follow through. Psych-K helps change self-limiting beliefs in the subconscious mind. Nearly all human behavior both constructive and destructive originates in the subconscious mine. The common methods don’t address the subconscious mind where at least 95% of our consciousness operates.
It turns out most of us have layers of old habits and beliefs that were helpful in the past but now do not serve us or help us to move forward in our life. PSYCH-K is a set of principles and processes that inspire change in certain aspects of our lives such as: core beliefs, life bonding, relationships, new directions, resolution and rapport. Part of the process is to determine which balance is appropriate for that person’s situation. Often times you start with one balance and it removes the outer layer of resistance which then reveals the next layer. We continue the process until all layers are balanced, it may take several appointments. This process has been likened to peeling an onion. You can’t clear the core until you peel off the outer layers. When we use this wisdom in our personal and professional lives it brings a greater sense of purpose and satisfaction.
These principles are a simple and powerful process for changing our subconscious beliefs that are self-limiting and self-sabotaging. It has great results because of the way it integrates the self-enhancing beliefs into the subconscious mind. It is so effective many clients will forget they even had a problem until you ask them about it. PSYCH-K incorporates into their being so completely and easily that it seems like the problem never existed and the action steps are now part of their everyday routine. For example, I had a weight loss coaching client for several months who knew what to do and had action steps but just could not follow through. After the first session of PSYCH-K, it was amazing how the client started to exercise regularly which seemed impossible before.
Another example, a client was having trouble sleeping – too many repetitive thoughts keeping them awake. After multiple sessions, the client slept through the night for a whole month straight and continues to sleep well. The benefits of a good night’s sleep are immeasurable. There is less stress, the body has time to heal – rest is the best medicine. If you can’t sleep it has a downward spiral on your health. Another client was always anxious and stressed – after one session it helped the client go from super anxious to calm which was noticed by family and acquaintances – this was the first layer. Stress is a major player in most dis-ease processes. If we can manage stress, our health will improve and so will our outlook on life. PSYCH-K allows you to quickly and painlessly change the subconscious beliefs that are limiting the expansion of your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being which helps reduce stress.
